Last updated: 11 August 2026

Your privacy matters to us.

Information processed by BlizzYou

When you purchase the source of the reports from BlizzYou, we process only the information needed for our direct business relationship with you. This may include your name, business and contact details, purchase and contract information, invoices, payments, and relevant communication. This information is used for normal business administration, implementation, support, and legal and tax obligations.

Your own Bodygraph.com account

The reports you purchase are installed in your own Bodygraph.com account. From that point, you manage and use the reports within your own business. Bodygraph.com provides the technical platform through which reports are generated and the related client data is processed. When you create your own Bodygraph.com account, the applicable privacy, data processing and contractual arrangements are established directly between you and Bodygraph.com.

Your responsibility

You decide how you collect and use information from your clients and how the reports are integrated into your services.

You are responsible for your own privacy policy and for complying with the privacy and data protection requirements that apply to your business.

This also applies to any other services you choose to use, such as your website, payment provider, CRM system or marketing software.

The role of BlizzYou

BlizzYou's role is limited to providing the source reports, transferring them to your own report environment with Bodygraph.com and supporting the initial implementation. BlizzYou retains only the information required for its direct commercial relationship with the professional who purchased the source reports.

Questions about your data

If you have questions about the information BlizzYou holds in relation to your purchase or our business relationship, please contact us through the BlizzYou website.
